Music and Dance Society (MAD) first started in 1974 with contemporary dance before diversifying to include other dance genres. At present, it comprises 3 divisions, namely Modern, Hip-hop, and Bboy (or breakdance).

& as our term ends -

hey mad '11 - '12(:

10 more days to dance night
& mad '10 - '11 will unofficially step down.
it has been a pleasure to be in MAD, but i guess our time is almost up
it felt short, nevertheless, it is certainly something that i liked a lot
attempting to reduce/compress the times that mad '10 - '11 in a single post just can't quite make the cut
anyway it is pretty much high time to consider what you can/wanna do for yourself, for MAD
all the best for the year ahead
may ya'l have an enjoyable, memorable time together :D
with that, it is really goodbye in advance.

for whoever who is taking up the commitment to be the next ExCo, do give it some serious thought. & jiayou -

here are some important dates to note:
the window for ExCo Applications is open and will close on 5th June, Sunday 1159PM. (about a week after Dance Night)
Elections will (tentatively) be held on 16th June, Thursday. Do expect it to be a whole day event from 0800 to 1900+
We will (tentatively) set release of results on 20th June, Monday.

Applications will generally be in this format:
