modern next year to see how class with dan is like.

this open day.

tmr is open house le! so pls sleep early tonight! don't wna see zombies dancing... haha. hmm let's see what im supp to update. oh pls stay ard at the booth (outside audi) whenever you are free. music will be played and all will be free to dance! just join in and have fun! dance night video will be played as well =)

jiayou for tmr! and do take note of the performing time slot! =) the programme is uploaded onto yahoo. so do check it out. for pp who are doing fac dances, which is most of us, pls wear fac shirt and long pants.. can be jeans i think or cargo..

jiaying here. meijie and i came up with the samples of MAD souvenirs for open house and i'm uploading the photos so if any of you have any comments or suggestions as to how to improve them, please let us know. if there are no objections, we'll be teaching people how to do them tmr at heather's house and we'll be staying back after school next week to finish them up! minimun we need is 100 but of course, we aim to finish as many as possible because i can predict ehh DEMAND WILL EXCEED SUPPLY (since they are so cute) HAHAHA yeay hope they will impress our future juniors! :D

okay :D basically the souvenirs are silver wires twirled (requires ALOT of force) around coloured icecream sticks :) the wires will be twirled in shapes of dancers, and to represent MAD, there are 3 kinds, featuring modern, hiphop and break. but hahahahahahha we tried very hard but the hiphop one still doesnt look like hiphop. :\ :\ SO GUYS PLEASE HELP TO THINK OF HOW TO IMPROVE IT. :D and there will be one where the wire is just twirled into the words MAD. oh oh and on the front of the ice cream stick we'll be writing "HC. MAD. modern.hiphop.break" and on the back it'll be "see you outside audi! HC. MAD" yupp.

so.. tmr those who going heather's house try to help out k? :) bring pilers because the wire is quite hard to cut using the scissors :) i'll be bringing the other materials. come with alot of arm strength! thanks alot!! yeay lets make open house damn cool :D okay enough said, photos! :)

its a hiphop dance festival held on the 20th of October at the Esplanade, 11pm - late at the Concourse, with famous choreographers such as Marty Kudelka, Eddie Morales and other hiphop artists. and i quote the article: calling all hip-hop honeys, b-boys and girls, bedroom turntablists, night surfers and urban people... so yep =)

it would be nice to go as MAD and just gain some experience so if it's possible, why not we all go together and watch?

First off, CONGRATS PROMOS ARE OVER!! WARRGHHHHH.. but bleargh open house choreo coming up again, stress ah.. lol.

Anyway, the complain is that yahoogroups was too spammy and cluttered, with alot of chatter. So ppl stop checking it. That's bad because if we post something important on yahoogroups, people might not check it..

WOW besides jiayi, no one has blogged here for a very very long time. stupid promos. :( anyway, for those who still have papers, JIAYOU OKAY. it's all gonna be over soon. :)

anyway, i'm here to tell you guys about OPEN HOUSE which is NEXT FRIDAY (12/10) from 10AM to 4PM. basically, for MAD, we have split ourselves up into 4 different committees. due to time constraint, we have allocated dancers into each committee. here are several things to note:

1. if you are unhappy about your committee allocation, please find someone who wants to swap with you and sms me (nic.t) at 91148826 by TOMORROW. :)

2. just because you are in one committee does NOT mean you CANNOT help the other committees. some committees need a lot of people to help them saigang do fun stuff. not being in a committee simply means you will not be part of the 'brains' of that particular committee. but please do help other committees! after all, we are one MAD. :D SO DON'T DAO.

3. if you feel you are unable to commit, feel free to approach jiayuan, jiayee or me. :P

It is quite an informal thingy lah juz go have fun and
relax (: Theres no programm or whatever so we will just go there and
decide what we wanna do! Pple who stayed over the other time shld
have an idea of what's happening HEH. It is okay to join in half way
or leave half way, pls bring whatever you need if you are sleeping
over!
