Music and Dance Society (MAD) first started in 1974 with contemporary dance before diversifying to include other dance genres. At present, it comprises 3 divisions, namely Modern, Hip-hop, and Bboy (or breakdance).

Dancenight 2010 - Transcendance ... PTP ( Post Transcendance Party )

Hello All MADders!

Transcendance is over and i bet many of you had dancenight hangovers just like i did!
Yeah, its quite unbelievable that we've come this far, and then it all jus ends like this.
SIGH...

But! " Don't be sad it's over, be glad that it happened" !

Everyone gave it their all, especially the last show. The audience felt it, and what is most important is that we rocked the stage while enjoying ourselves, dancing from our heart.
Many of us are missing the time we had together with our batchmates, training and drilling for dancenight, all the sweat and tears shed are now shelved only as memories.
Life's like that, theres a reason why the word "cherish" exist, so we'll all just have to take it as it come.
However! On a brighter note we left with Zero Regrets! =)


For J2s
This is our last show, but the experience is forever! YEAHHH!
The moment on stage compared to when we were in J1, was a whole new feeling.
I would like all of you to remember that particular moment when you were on stage.
What you saw, What you heard.
Was it an audi full of audience that was memorable to you? Or was it someone shouting your name? etc.
Most imptly, I want you all to remember that night we rocked the stage, we danced not for the audience, we danced for ourselves!
Once a MADder, always a MADder!
Further down the road, always remember that we were all from MAD and still are in MAD and Dancenight 2010- Transcendance - We were all Part of it. =)

J1s!
Good job for dancenight, it may not seem as significant to you right now, but im sure you guys will feel it nxt year! You still have 1 more year to go, so do Make it Count! =) Enjoy urself in MAD because this is where all our passion burns, and it will definitely be something you wont wanna leave behind after u graduate.

ALRIGHT, Since DANCENIGHT is over... what's Next??
