Venue: SALT Centre (duh)
Time: 1230hrs
Report in: dancing attire
things to bring: water bottle, any other things you deem necessary (UMBRELLA, definitely)
Estimated Ending Time: 1815 hours.*

*Please inform the Dance Night Committee if you need to leave early through either MSN, tagboard, or email (dancenight09@gmail.com). Informing your division heads ONLY will not be sufficient, and you will he held liable for any punishment of ANY SORT by the dance night committee if you fail to comply.

Hello MADders!

You guys should have heard or will soon hear about ticket orders from the ticketing committee representative in your division. But just in case yall didn't catch everything that's been said, here's a repeat of the information :)

• THE BIG DAYs: 22nd May (Fri evening) and 23rd May (Sat matinee & Sat evening)
• Price of each ticket: $6
• No of allocated tickets to each dancer: 8 (inclusive of the 2 compulsory Saturday matinee tickets as we forsee the matinee tickets may not sell out readily)

To reiterate, it is COMPULSORY to sell 2 Saturday matinee tickets. The remaining 6 tickets are up to your own discretion. Whether or not you want to sell them, and which shows you want them for is entirely up to you!

If you want more than 8 tickets, you can request from other dancers who have extra. Otherwise, you will have to order through your CTs at a later date.

• Money & tickets exchange hands (no $$$, no tickets! :P)
• No exchange or refund of tickets after payment
• Tickets should be for friends (outside of HC) and family. Friends in school can order themselves through CT sales.
• Tickets can be left at the counter, but they should already be paid for and we will need your friend's Name, Contact No & NRIC no.
• MOST IMPORTANTLY, deadline for ticket orders is 11th April (next sat) and deadline for payment/ticket sales is 17th April
  

Please approah the reps only when you've consolidated your ticket orders and try to settle the payment early so that they can distribute the tickets to you :) People in double divisions, please inform the rep from your FIRST division to avoid confusion. The reps will be An Zai for bboys, Louise for Hip Hop and Sarah for Modern.

Hello ALL MADders!

31st March marks the start of the preparation for dance night 2009. And if anyone has forgotten, we're only a mere 51 days away from the performance. Now, we're only 48 days away.

This year, the preparation for dancenight will be much more challenging (you guys know why) and we will need all your cooperation during trainings, tech runs and more, to perfect your choreos and not waste time during runs. Definitely, it will be more fun but it will be more tiring as well. :D

Anyway, here's the all-time updated/latest schedule for booking of venues. CLICK HERE! ('J1 item' refer to J1 Hiphop item under Ms Chen, 'Hiphop' refers to Hiphop Instructor Item under An An, the rest are quite self-explanatory)

Oh, and remember to take more photos for the montage as well! :D
