Music and Dance Society (MAD) first started in 1974 with contemporary dance before diversifying to include other dance genres. At present, it comprises 3 divisions, namely Modern, Hip-hop, and Bboy (or breakdance).

Note:
- MAD not acceptable as a 2nd CCA
- Putting Hip hop/Bboy as a 2nd division will not be prioritised
- Taking up 2nd CCA other than MAD will not be prioritised. (Taking up an intensive 2nd CCA that has competitions [A divs, SYF] will not be acceptable)
- No intake of J2s this year
