Music and Dance Society (MAD) first started in 1974 with contemporary dance before diversifying to include other dance genres. At present, it comprises 3 divisions, namely Modern, Hip-hop, and Bboy (or breakdance).

two things

hey guys, sorry this is so late!

there's a post tapestry event on 20 October 2007 (sat), 7pm to 10pm at Onepeople.sg which is at:

Mich actually showed me something that looked extremely interesting, which is unfortunately on the same day. Click HERE for more details.

its a hiphop dance festival held on the 20th of October at the Esplanade, 11pm - late at the Concourse, with famous choreographers such as Marty Kudelka, Eddie Morales and other hiphop artists. and i quote the article: calling all hip-hop honeys, b-boys and girls, bedroom turntablists, night surfers and urban people... so yep =)

it would be nice to go as MAD and just gain some experience so if it's possible, why not we all go together and watch?

anyway, let me know cause you have to book tickets (and it costs 48 bucks so think about it carefully).
