Music and Dance Society (MAD) first started in 1974 with contemporary dance before diversifying to include other dance genres. At present, it comprises 3 divisions, namely Modern, Hip-hop, and Bboy (or breakdance).

Tapestry Updates :)

EDITS MADE!!!

Hey people :) The tapestry updates are hereeeeee :) I went for the briefing yesterday night, so I also have your new brown Tapestry shirts! People, please come and collect from me on Tuesday. People who didn't pay... :(( I am now very broke, so please pay me :) Thanks thanks.

Okay, updates :)

We will be performing on:
28th of July 2007
4.30pm and at 6pm (timings are as yet unconfirmed) :)
At Takashimaya (Ngee Ann City)

Okay. basically, the organisers placed all the dancers/other groups which are non-bands at Taka, but the other locations are heeren, wheelock and cini. For us, we're only performing on 28th, which is a saturday as a good percentage of people have church on sun. The entire thing runs from 1200 to 2200, but our slots are pretty early.

Each slot is 30 mins (!!!). Currently, we only have choreoed enough stuff for say about 15 to 20, so we'll have to discuss with Si Jin and Bong on what items they think we can use. We can probably repeat for the 2nd slot so that will make our lives much easier.

For logistics, we have to all be there half an hour early, so yep :) please check your schedule beforehand and tell me if you have any problems so I can contact the organizers if we have any issues.
