Music and Dance Society (MAD) first started in 1974 with contemporary dance before diversifying to include other dance genres. At present, it comprises 3 divisions, namely Modern, Hip-hop, and Bboy (or breakdance).

hello dancers!
just to have a brief update.

Ares night:
A small group of ares dancers are performing for ares night which is held on 03 aug, fri. they are: evelyn, huitian, jiayuan, rachel, casey, terrance, yuhan and zhuhao. they will be putting up last year's ares fac dance. As most pp are rather busy with tapestry and stuff and the stage in LT3 is rather small, we have decided to keep this group to a minimum. i know there are other ares dancers who can and are willing to perform, but to keep things simple, this mini performance is limited to these people. sorry if there were any misunderstanding caused.

Tapestry:
Pls head down to SALT after school immediately for tapestry prac. we don't have much time left and there are still some of us who are not familar with the steps. so let's treasure the limited time we have and practise hard with your partner/dancers!! the prac will be from 4 -7. if there's anyone who can't make it or will be late, pls inform nic cheung asap.

on sat, we will meet at orchard mrt at 330 pm. likewise, if you are going to be late, pls inform nic cheung. we will be performing outside taka and there will be two performances, one at 430 and the other at 6pm. you can get your friends to come down for support =) i know all of us have been practising hard for this and some of us have been really tired and some are falling sick. so pls pls pls take care of your health and drink lots of water! i know you guys are really passionate about dance but pls take a break if your really need to.

let's give it our all for the event! we have all worked so hard for it fro the past month! and after that we will have some good break/rest. =) jiayou pp! 2 days to go! WE CAN DO IT! COS WE ARE IMBA!! GOGO MAD!
