Music and Dance Society (MAD) first started in 1974 with contemporary dance before diversifying to include other dance genres. At present, it comprises 3 divisions, namely Modern, Hip-hop, and Bboy (or breakdance).

more updates

heyy ppl! the performance on 10june is on k!! so..
after much discussion with clarice.. we've decided:
J1 meeting, 29 May 10am RUA
will discuss abt music, parts of dances to incorporate, costume etc.
no worries for apollo fac ppl.. liewqi n i will keep them informed of wad is discussed.

as for music, 2 choices:
(1) use a totally different music but use our dance steps
(2) try mixing the current dance music n make them NOT sound weird tgt
pls think abt it and we'll poll on 29th..

btw clarice and i found out tt 30MAY & 3JUNE are the onli 2days where there are NO faculty camps.. not a very good news but.. we just got to adjust..
pls keep these 2 days free as they will be "everyone-prac-day"..
as for the rest of the days.. onli those who have fac camps n OFFICIAL reasons (eg Centad, TAG, overseas) will be excused.. if not every1 MUST come down for prac k!!
we have to work hard to make this, our FIRST performance GOOD!!

btw i've sent all j1s the MAD J1s telephone relay system with all the tel numbers alr.. more convenient for u guys la.. go check ur emails for it k!
